BRickhub

The city logistics property BRICKHUB is located in the north-west of Berlin in the district “Reinickendorf”. The historic industrial site Borsigwalde has developed over the last century into an established commercial area with a broad mix of sectors and uses.

The site covers around 55,000 sqm of land and offers, in addition to the 31,200 sqm City Logistics Hub, around 11,700 sqm of flexibly divisible workshop and office space in a historic district with optimal public transport connections (S-Bahn Eichborndamm).

The BRICKHUB is currently being refurbished and developed into a multi-tenant property by AVENTOS, taking into account the protection of historical monuments and ESG criteria.
