LEVERKUSEN
A majority of the rental space was constructed in 1970 using a flexible construction method and was supplemented by a modern new building/extension in 2015. The roof construction of glue-laminated wood trusses and interior solid wood supports in combination with a wall construction of steel columns and intervening masonry walls is particularly sustainable and lends the individual halls an attractive appearance.
The goal is to strategically restructure the property under the guiding principle of creating a sustainable, multi-tenant complex with distinct rental units.
