WIT

A forward-looking new development for retail and mobility is taking shape in Nuremberg’s Sündersbühl district, directly on Witschelstraße – sustainable, urban, and well connected.
On a site covering approximately 6,000 sqm, AVENTOS is developing a modern new building by 2027, featuring around 2,800 sqm of rental space for Lidl, along with a multi-storey parking garage with more than 300 parking spaces. These will also be available to tenants of the neighboring PAOLO office building.

With targeted LEED Platinum certification, pre-installed infrastructure for over 100 electric vehicle charging points, and rooftop space leased for a solar installation, the project sets new standards in sustainability and long-term viability. The new development adds much-needed retail space and parking capacity to the existing PAOLO site – making a valuable contribution to strengthening the location’s infrastructure.
