The UCITS fund is subject to the SDRF sustainability requirements for Article 8-classified investment assets. At least 51% of the fund assets must be invested in securities that meet the sustainability criteria of MSCI, among others, ensuring a minimum proportion of portfolio companies with a positive environmental and social contribution.
The fund management is committed to investing at least 51% of the fund's assets in companies that emit less than 250 tons of CO2 per one million US dollars of revenue and have a Low-Carbon Transition Score of at least 6.0. Additionally, we exclude companies from investment that generate more than 10% of their revenue from fossil fuels and/or nuclear energy.
In the "Social" sector, the fund management is also committed to excluding companies from investment that are involved in activities related to arms production (according to the "Ottawa" Convention, the "Oslo" Convention, or UN conventions), pornography, and gambling. Additionally, companies that generate more than 5% of their revenue from the sale of tobacco and/or alcohol are excluded.
Transparent and open governance is essential for our investment decisions. Companies involved in serious controversies related to human and labor rights are excluded, as are states classified as "not free" according to the Freedom House Index.
