LUXWERK

The property in Berlin-Siemensstadt was acquired from the OSRAM Group in a sale-and-leaseback transaction and is currently largely occupied by the former owner OSRAM. By consolidating the spaces used by the AMS-Osram Group, a high-tech photonics company with a focus on sensor technology, visualization, treatment with light and lamps, it has been possible to unlock an additional 150,000 sqm of gross floor area.

The redevelopment of the site is creating an attractive, high-tech campus with a diverse mix of uses and efficient space utilisation. In addition to integrating the existing listed buildings, the goal is to transform the single-user complex into a holistic and vibrant technology hub.
