AVENTOS Group is an owner-operated investment manager with offices in Berlin and Munich. The company was founded in 2019 and currently comprises a 25-strong team.

Development
AVENTOS Development (ADV) purchases commercial properties with development potential. Pursuing a value investment approach, we aim to further develop the properties with targeted measures and, through active management, to create productive working environments and innovative real estate products that deliver long-term benefits for users, the environment and investors.
Capital Markets
AVENTOS Capital Markets (ACM) launches and advises equity funds with a focus on real estate equities. ACM’s core strategy is to analyse the real estate portfolios of listed real estate companies and to identify hidden values and growth potentials that are not reflected in the company’s share price. ACM currently manages two real estate equity funds, designed for both private investors and institutional / semi-professional investors.
