ACM’s investment strategy aims for stable long-term total returns, from both dividends and the sustainable value appreciation of the selected listed real estate companies and their real estate portfolios. Based on our comprehensive and rigorous analysis of the underlying real estate, we exploit temporary undervaluations, one-off market events and variations in capital markets’ investment horizons to build and sustainably manage an attractive investment portfolio. Our focus is not on short-term trading gains but on long-term total returns derived from the underlying real estate holdings that comprise our portfolio.

 

Analysis

AVENTOS CAPITAL MARKETS evaluates potential investments on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the market situation and developments, company KPIs and, above all, an in-depth evaluation of each company’s underlying real estate holdings based on key property indicators and comparative values.
