The light industrial complex was built in several phases between the 1950s and 1990s. We acquired the property with our joint venture partner PGIM from the Schuler Pressen company. Located on the northern edge of the Karlsruhe district, in the Rhine-Neckar region’s top logistics hub, the property is leased on a long-term basis to Pfaudler GmbH, a leading supplier and manufacturer of innovative technologies and systems for the pharmaceutical industry, among others.

The aim is to revitalise the property by implementing a package of targeted ESG measures, thereby transforming it into a sustainable and future-proof light industrial complex.
